THE BUILD
Hill Country Modern — Boerne / Hill Country
A modern outdoor living build on a sloped Hill Country lot, completed in 14 weeks. The terrain dropped nearly 8 feet from house to property edge — most builders would have called for retaining walls and called it a day. We engineered a tiered design that turned the slope into the feature: an infinity edge pool overlooking the surrounding hills, a sunken spa accessed by limestone steps, and a covered outdoor kitchen tucked into the hillside. Linear fire features flank the spa for evening use.
