Coastal Waterfeature — Rockport / Coastal Bend
A coastal property where the pool needed to fight salt air, sandy soil, and hurricane-zone building requirements — while still looking effortless. We specified marine-grade equipment, engineered the foundation for shifting coastal substrate, and designed a sheltered pool that holds its own against weather most builders refuse to engineer for. The result: a tropical-feeling waterfall pool with covered cabana that's built for decades on the coast, not just for the first season. Completed in 18 weeks.
